All returns for either unwanted, damaged or faulty goods must be confirmed by HerbTools by email. Any goods sent back without prior consent from HerbTools will be returned to you at your own cost. If a used item is received back it will be disposed of and you will not be reimbursed in anyway.
We offer a seven day return policy for all of our products. If you would like to return your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they reach HerbTools. We will not accept any extra charges for courier services or customs. We accept no responsibility for shipments confiscated by customs.
We will not refund you for the postage cost on your returns, unless you are returning a faulty product, an error was made by us or a damaged product was received.
If you would like to return your items and receive a refund or obtain store credit, you will need to notify us within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned to us must be in a new and unused condition and you will be held responsible for the return postage costs of the goods.
If you receive a product from us which has been smashed or damaged during transit then you will need to report it to us via the contact form within 48 hours of signing for the parcel, package or packet. Our transactional email and returns slip will also mention this. You will need to email us with a clear picture of the damaged product and quote your order number. Once we have received the pictures and examined them we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. You may be required to send the item back to us. We will refund the return postage costs to you. Please fully inspect your item before use as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.
If your item is faulty or has developed a fault during use, check the instructions manual for the product as it may be able to help you. You can usually find troubleshooting and manufacturer's warranty information there. We recommend for you to contact the manufacturer directly for any required replacements. Their details will be provided in the instruction/manual book which is usually included with the product. If the issue has not been resolved after contacting the manufacturer, please contact us.
Goods must be received back in their original condition and packaging.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if they do not meet our returns policy.
If the item returns back to us broken we will send you clear images of the damaged product and you will not be refunded.
